Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the next stage of our company’s growth in the US by creating a world-class sales function
- Creating clear expectations for the sales team regarding performance, in terms of activities, outcomes, and the use of Salesforce
- Accurately predicting performance in future quarters
Qualifications for this position include:
- Expertise at selling complex SaaS products that require a high level of product knowledge
- Experience selling to both small businesses (most of our sales are under $5K) and enterprises (our biggest customers include the world's largest consulting and technology companies)
- Experience having scaled B2B SaaS companies
- Experience and know-how to use data to coach your team and to identify the best ways to accelerate sales growth
- Proven track record of hiring people who become successful at selling complex SaaS products
- Experience having created demo scripts for a team complicated SaaS products
