Job Summary
A conversational messaging platform has an open position for a Remote SaaS Software Account Director.
Must be able to:
- Strategically manage portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts
- Apply strategic selling skills to consistently meet quota for retention and upsell
- Understand and manage to customers’ business priorities
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience in a SaaS post-sales account management capacity or equivalent experience
- Experience leveraging relationships at the senior levels of an organization for continued growth and retention
- Proven experience growing a portfolio of accounts through retention, upsell, and cross-sell strategies
- Experience developing and tracking to a Strategic Account Plan
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
