Job Summary
A staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote SaaS Software Account Manager.
Must be able to:
- Up-sell and cross-sell into existing customer base
- Handle renewals and negotiations for customers within your book of business
- Drive and ensure the timely renewal communication and closure
Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of client facing, account management, or sales experience
- 4 Year Degree preferred or equivalent experience in SaaS and Cloud technologies
- Sales experience with complex value propositions and dealing with multiple customer stakeholders
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Highly organized with exceptional follow up skills
- Technically adept, understanding of software and how businesses use software
