Job Summary
A provider of digital retailing, eCommerce, digital marketing and eCatalog solutions is in need of a Remote SaaS Software Billing Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting and executing on billing operations
- Executing billing processes and creating, enforcing and training billing policies and procedures
- Prioritizing, planning, and supporting the business objectives of the department
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proven ability to perform strategic planning and priority setting for a billing department
- Proven track record for improving process efficiencies and solving problems
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate direct reports
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
