Job Summary

A SaaS provider is seeking a Remote SaaS Software Client Success Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Take ownership of client issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Provide best-in-class onboarding and training for new and existing clients
  • Creatively and consistently communicate the value of our products and services

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2+ years of client success or account management experience in a B2B or B2C organization
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to think strategically
  • Ability to think strategically about client relationships and issues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and/or Google Docs/Drive, knowledge of CRM software preferable
  • Excellent attention to detail
