Job Summary
A SaaS provider is seeking a Remote SaaS Software Client Success Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Take ownership of client issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Provide best-in-class onboarding and training for new and existing clients
- Creatively and consistently communicate the value of our products and services
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of client success or account management experience in a B2B or B2C organization
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to think strategically
- Ability to think strategically about client relationships and issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and/or Google Docs/Drive, knowledge of CRM software preferable
- Excellent attention to detail
