Job Summary
A cloud-based infrastructure company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote SaaS Software Customer Success Head.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and designing customer journeys and plans that support a customer's long-term growth
- Building and mentoring a team of Customer Success Managers and Technical Counterparts
- Partnering with Sales + Success teams on creating success plans for customers after the sale is complete
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least 3-5 years managing a Customer Success team
- Demonstrated experience leading CS teams in a SasS model or Enterprise software
- Experience building teams at a seed/Series A and getting them to Series B/C/Exit
- Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills
- Proven track record of CS success
- Experience building success plans for different verticals of customers
