Job Summary

A cloud-based infrastructure company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote SaaS Software Customer Success Head.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and designing customer journeys and plans that support a customer's long-term growth
  • Building and mentoring a team of Customer Success Managers and Technical Counterparts
  • Partnering with Sales + Success teams on creating success plans for customers after the sale is complete

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • At least 3-5 years managing a Customer Success team
  • Demonstrated experience leading CS teams in a SasS model or Enterprise software
  • Experience building teams at a seed/Series A and getting them to Series B/C/Exit
  • Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills
  • Proven track record of CS success
  • Experience building success plans for different verticals of customers
