Job Summary

An Internet company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote SaaS Software Customer Success Vice President.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Leading and managing a high-performing CSM organization located around the globe
• Developing Customer Journeys that consistently identify customer goals and deliver against those goals
• Increasing net dollar retention by ensuring best-in-class renewal rates and fostering consistent expansion in our customer base

Qualifications for this position include:

• 5+ years of experience in executive leadership roles
• 10+ years of experience in Customer Success Manager roles
• Experience building and delivering Customer Journeys for a SaaS software platform
• Experience building & scaling world class CSM organizations
• Experience managing and leading within a high-growth startup environment
• A proven record of generating net dollar retention through process, tooling and internal education changes
