Job Summary

An education technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote SaaS Software Customer Support Advocate.

Must be able to:

  • Support customers with their onboarding
  • Educate customers by publishing articles
  • Address problems as they arise through Zen Desk

Qualifications Include:

  • 1-4 years experience with Customer Support at a fast-growth ed tech or SaaS company
  • Committed ‘remotie’, happy to trade-off the camaraderie, distractions, and presenteeism of office life
  • Excellent self-monitor
  • Growth mindset, and you’re comfortable thinking about and discussing your progress
  • Expert at building instant rapport with our school partners with an outstanding ability to communicate
  • Know how and when to push back firmly and politely on feedback from colleagues
