Job Summary

An education technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote SaaS Software Customer Support Advocate.

Must be able to:

Support customers with their onboarding
Educate customers by publishing articles
Address problems as they arise through Zen Desk

Qualifications Include:

1-4 years experience with Customer Support at a fast-growth ed tech or SaaS company
Committed ‘remotie’, happy to trade-off the camaraderie, distractions, and presenteeism of office life
Excellent self-monitor
Growth mindset, and you’re comfortable thinking about and discussing your progress
Expert at building instant rapport with our school partners with an outstanding ability to communicate
Know how and when to push back firmly and politely on feedback from colleagues
