Job Summary
A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote SaaS Software Engagement Manager in Austin.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading multiple projects from Design to Go-live
- Creating project plans, timelines and processes
- Understanding client goals, growing accounts, and ensuring renewal
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of SaaS platform experience and related client-facing consulting experience
- Experience with creating comprehensive project plans
- Ability to lead client-facing workshops and meetings, and conduct calls with customers independently
- A passion for advising and guiding customers on how to get the most out of the product
- A calm, adaptable, and driven approach to both client engagements and internal efforts/teams
- A love of working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment
