A software cybersecurity company is filling a position for a Remote Software Engineering Manager.
Must be able to:
- Remove roadblocks for your project teams and ensure they can make significant progress on product development
- Ensure that the projects you manage are taking the right path forward and that the right decisions are made in a timely manne
- Review your direct reports semi-annually and continue to ensure they are growing their skillsets
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, preferably computer science
- Previous experience as a software engineer using modern development languages required
- 4+ years of managerial responsibilities leading a team of software engineers required
