Job Summary

A software company is seeking a Remote SaaS Software Quality Assurance Engineering Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Lead a team of QA Engineers providing support, feedback and career development
• Ensure the QA team is aligned with goals and objectives and remove any blockers if necessary
• Plan and strategize the end-to-end QA process

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience as a manager and leader of QA teams
• 5+ years of experience in QA and testing as an individual contributor in a SaaS environment
• Can successfully coordinate and execute all aspects of testing efforts, from project inception to post-launch
• Experience with technologies such as: Cypress, Nightwatch, WebdriverIO or Capybara/Cucumber
• Can build symbiotic relationships with technical and non-technical staff
• Are relentlessly curious, willing to explore all aspects of the product to identify gaps and opportunities
