- Leading and growing a team of global renewals managers

- Partnering with the Customer Success Management team to identify expansion opportunities
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years experience, including leading a renewal team
- Built a renewal process at a Series B or greater SaaS company
- Highly analytical and data driven, experience maintaining a large renewal portfolio
- Work well under pressure, are a results oriented individual, and a team player
- Well versed in Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk, and Looker
- Ability to use data to understand customer adoption and risk
