Job Summary
An AI-first customer service platform is filling a position for a Remote SaaS Software Renewals Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate directly with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers
- Be the ‘first touch’ to process a client’s upcoming renewal
- Assist the Account Executive in scheduling Executive Business Reviews for the client
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years in SaaS sales, Artificial Intelligence, business development account management, legal writing, contract negotiation, etc
- Hyper attention to detail when reading and writing business proposals and contracts
- A demonstrated ability to identify and reduce customer churn
- Highly organized, prioritizes quick and clear communication
- A demonstrated ability to receive large amounts of information, consolidate to the necessary points, and recommunicate
- A desire to work in Customer Service-centric AI and SaaS with an interest in continued education, self-directed or otherwise.
