Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Remote SaaS Software Sales Enablement Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing, executing and assessing impactful and measurable training programs
  • Developing and implementing measures to impact our sales team's ramp time and quota attainment
  • Determining opportunities for improving the sales learning experience

Qualifications Include:

  • 3+ years in sales, supporting a sales team or department as a specialist, trainer, or team manager
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to lead enablement programs that decrease rep ramp times and increase quota attainment
  • Experience building a sales enablement playbook from scratch
  • Experience rolling up your sleeves, personally owning projects and systems
  • Experience participating in the selection and implementation/deployment of technologies
