Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote SaaS Software Sales Enablement Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Conduct needs analysis by identifying the sales and other go-to-market department priorities
- Refine and deliver results-driven sales training and enablement programs
- Present sales modules, presentations, demo skills workshops, sales skills and processes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5 years in a SasS sales organization, with a minimum of 3 years in a sales enablement role
- Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and deliver sales training programs
- Experience with BMANTR methodology
- Proactive nature with ability to solve problems with a sense of urgency
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- High energy level, self-motivated, positive, and able to relate well with diverse populations of all levels
