Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Remote SaaS Software Sales Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Boosting sales productivity by leveraging data surrounding customer segmentation and sales process efficiency and evaluation
  • Tracking and analyzing KPIs for growth, win/loss rates, upsells, renewals, quota attainment
  • Managing sales contracts, tracking customers and coordinating cross-functional activities across departments

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3-5 years of proven excellence in a sales ops role, or similar
  • Experience with SaaS sales cycles and products
  • Strong understanding of high-level strategic direction and sales goals
  • Proven excellence multi tasking, prioritizing projects and meeting deadlines and goals
  • Previous experience using CRM and sales data and marketing automation tools
  • Ability to slice, dice, forecast data and report on sales performance metrics
