Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Remote SaaS Software Sales Senior Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the people and processes for a quickly growing sales team
- Lead and develop the 35 person AE team by directly managing by directly managing the front-line Sales Managers
- Improve our sales efficiency by driving better adoption of our sales tech stack
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of experience as a sales director,
- 5+ years of experience and proven success in SaaS sales at a company with multiple products
- Strong organizational skills and experience building out processes to manage a growing sales team
- Ability to take a strategic decision and run with it, figuring out how to develop and implement a plan with a large team
- Ability to understand data and make data-driven decisions about management
- Smart, tenacious, and kind, with a growth mindset
