Job Summary
A company that provides end-to-end solutions with digital engagement has an open position for a Remote SaaS Software Sales Training and Development Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Manage program rollout activities, prework, tasks, and deadlines
- Deliver learning offerings through a blend of modalities
- Help build dashboards to track and monitor training effectiveness
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university
- At least 3-5 years of formal learning and development experience, or any combination of education and experience
- Solid understanding of Adult Learning Principles and how to apply principles to the design of learning experiences
- Understanding of modern learning approaches
- Ability to work remotely from home with minimal oversight to meet goals
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
