Job Summary
A business to business service has an open position for a Remote SaaS Software Senior Product Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Provide technical support to new and existing customers
- Manage escalation of issues to the Product Management and Engineering teams for resolution and visibility
- Provide status updates to the Customer Success team and other departments at regularly scheduled meetings
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3-5 years of customer success, implementation, customer support, or equivalent experience
- Working familiarity with software-as-a-service applications
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve, meet deadlines, and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with exceptional communication and project management skills
- Enthusiastic problem solver and collaborator
- Familiar with and able to discuss API and SSO set-up with customers
