Job Summary

A business to business service has an open position for a Remote SaaS Software Senior Product Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Provide technical support to new and existing customers
  • Manage escalation of issues to the Product Management and Engineering teams for resolution and visibility
  • Provide status updates to the Customer Success team and other departments at regularly scheduled meetings

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3-5 years of customer success, implementation, customer support, or equivalent experience
  • Working familiarity with software-as-a-service applications
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, meet deadlines, and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional communication and project management skills
  • Enthusiastic problem solver and collaborator
  • Familiar with and able to discuss API and SSO set-up with customers
