Job Summary
A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote SaaS Software Solution Delivery Manager in Chicago.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Owning and leading multiple, simultaneous customer engagements
- Developing strong customer relationships
- Providing both engagement and testing strategy leadership to the customer
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to manage individual and engagement-wide scope of work
- Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of the software testing domain, quality engineering, App Economy
- Bachelors or Master’s degree from a 4 year University
- 4+ years experience
- Experience in web and mobile software testing or QE
