Job Summary
An internet payment solutions provider is in need of a Remote SaaS Technical Sales Support Agent.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Using your technical expertise and customer service skills to resolve questions and issues
- Documenting and building new tools to improve support flows
- Communicating clearly in writing to both technical and non-technical people
Position Requirements Include:
- Excellent customer service and English fluency
- Experience and/or interest in developing into a sales or growth role
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript
- 2 years of experience in technical customer support at a SaaS company, or similar
- An exceptional eye for detail and excellent organizational and communication skills
