Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Remote SaaS Technical Training Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working directly with the Support Team to develop company-wide training
- Partnering with the Marketing Team to ensure an external/internal company voice
- Interfacing with the Development Team to learn, understand new features, and train on them
Position Requirements Include:
- 1+ years of experience in Training roles
- 1+ years of experience in Project Management roles
- Experience utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Proven communication and writing skills
- Strong understanding of software, computers, and technology
