Job Summary
A SaaS technology company has an open position for a Remote SaaS Technology Customer Success Associate in Roswell.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Drive customer success as a point of contact for customers
- Build customer relationships to ensure customer retention and growth
- Prioritize and respond to inbound customer inquiries
