Job Summary
A rideshare program for parents transporting their children is in need of a Remote Safe Ride Support Specialist in Denver.
Must be able to:
- Closely monitor live rides
- Provide any needed support for parents, riders and drivers
- Be able to act and react quickly in a very high-stress environment
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to work early morning shifts or late evening shifts
- Must provide your own technology
- Ideal candidate has experience in customer service
- Ability to stay calm and organized in chaos
