Job Summary
A non-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Safety Technology Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect
- Bing the client advocate
- Monitoring monthly customer usage
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years of full-time Account Management, SaaS Sales, or Customer Success experience
- Experience with utilizing project management tools
- Strong proficiency in CRM and database management
- Able to manage your own time on multiple projects
