Job Summary

The world’s leading research company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Sales Account Manager in New York City.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing day to day relationships with portfolio of 40+ clients and develop account specific strategies
  • Establishing strong relationships with key client contacts; build advocates through value-driven conversations and solutions
  • Maintaining consistent level of client activity, specifically call volume and inbound/outbound to senior level client contacts

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Eagerness to form multi-threaded relationships
  • Dedication to client success with a proven track record for establishing value propositions
  • Prior expertise in digital marketing, media and/or SaaS is preferred
  • Full sales cycle Account Management experience preferred
