The world’s leading research company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Sales Account Manager in New York City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing day to day relationships with portfolio of 40+ clients and develop account specific strategies
- Establishing strong relationships with key client contacts; build advocates through value-driven conversations and solutions
- Maintaining consistent level of client activity, specifically call volume and inbound/outbound to senior level client contacts
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Eagerness to form multi-threaded relationships
- Dedication to client success with a proven track record for establishing value propositions
- Prior expertise in digital marketing, media and/or SaaS is preferred
- Full sales cycle Account Management experience preferred
