Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service
• Book viable sales calls and maintain an acceptable close rate
• Represent the brand positively and comply with all policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Typing proficiency of at least 30 WPM
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft applications and Internet programs
• Experience with CRM systems and basic technical troubleshooting
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment
