A learning company is in need of a Remote Sales and Business Development Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing clear, concise, and accurate weekly reporting through the CRM system
  • Driving and closing sales to meet aggressive monthly sales targets
  • Establishing an ongoing pipeline of new sales opportunities

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Demonstrated sales record in excess of USD $1 million a year
  • 3+ years' experience selling and managing Clients
  • Demonstrated experience in selling learning solutions
  • Excellent application of sales principles, styles, and techniques
  • Outstanding presentation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Persistence, resilience, and absolute sales focus and not easily distracted
