Job Summary
Seeking very aggressive, results driven, and pleasant natured individual to drive aggressive sales and growth plan over the next 1 - 3 years, and to take startup health and wellness organics company to the next level. This individual must provide sales and marketing expertise and business development leadership for existing and new products targeted at natural and organic mainstream beverage, grocery, and supplements markets. Will also assist with new product development and pre-market launch Initiatives. Expected to deliver immediate impact and results to increase overall company bottom line.
Requirements:
Must have prior hands on sales experience ranging from business development and planning, sales planning, sales deck creation, prospecting for new opportunities, CRM, trade show organizing, sales reporting, excel formulas and P&L analysis.
Must be detail oriented, and willing to grow with company by accepting modest base package and aggressive commission structure.
Prior experience a must. Must have knowledge and skills to initiate and work accounts.
Must be an individual with prior experience of successfully launching new products into the marketplace. Ability to manage telemarketers and associates where needed. Adapt at negotiating contracts. Familiarity with new product development process. Process driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to foresee industry trends and determine winning strategies. Able to create processes and document standards. Willing to travel to represent company and operate on a budget to grow with company. Potential to earn company stock ownership with demonstrated success.
