Job Summary
A human resources software developer is filling a position for a Remote Sales and Client Success Enablement Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading and developing a high-performing sales enablement team
- Building out enablement strategies by unifying systems, process, and data across the business
- Implementing best practices for onboarding
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 6+ years in Sales Enablement at a high-growth SaaS-based technology company
- 2+ years managing a high performing team
- Experience working with rapidly-scaling teams
- Experience working in sales and an understanding of the pain points experienced by reps at each stage of the sales cycle
- Demonstrating improvements in KPIs during periods of organizational growth and change
