Job Summary
A health services company is seeking a Remote Sales and Customer Engagement Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Overseeing every aspect of the customer journey and experience with all Company brands
- Driving sales at the customer service level
- Overseeing loyalty programs and mapping out the customer experience from end-to-end holistically
Qualifications for this position include:
- Occasional travel
- 8- 10 years of experience working in sales, memberships, customer engagement/service
- Strong leadership skills including internal and external management
- Proven track record building and training a 100% remote strong customer service team
- Be able to understand and communicate global trends in customer service, membership and digital space
- All other requirements necessary for this position
