Job Summary

A health services company is seeking a Remote Sales and Customer Engagement Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Overseeing every aspect of the customer journey and experience with all Company brands
  • Driving sales at the customer service level
  • Overseeing loyalty programs and mapping out the customer experience from end-to-end holistically

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Occasional travel
  • 8- 10 years of experience working in sales, memberships, customer engagement/service
  • Strong leadership skills including internal and external management
  • Proven track record building and training a 100% remote strong customer service team
  • Be able to understand and communicate global trends in customer service, membership and digital space
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
