Job Summary

A diversified technology company is in need of a Remote Sales and Market Operations Director in Pittsburgh.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading a team of analysts and managers supporting multiple function to support the SRC/CC landscape
  • Identifying and working within Sales Operations to prepare and deliver appropriate training and communications
  • Leading the strategic and tactical operations of the businesses with respect to orders to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in business partnering in Sales Operations
  • Bachelors’ Degree required
  • Experience with different business models
  • Management experience within a matrixed organization
  • Significant operational and sales insight
