Remote Sales and Marketing Business Analyst

Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Sales and Marketing Business Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Analyzing, documenting and communicating system and business processes requirements for Salesforce
• Facilitating and validating the development of solutions to satisfy customer’s business needs
• Listing out risks and constraints in relation to identified requirements

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Communications,
• 5+ years of experience capturing requirements, writing user stories and working with business processes and re-engineering
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst and/or Salesforce.com setup and configuration
• Experience working with business applications, including Salesforce, Marketo and the ecosystem of applications
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence
• Experience with business processes analysis in a system engineering or software application environment
