Job Summary
A human intelligence platform is seeking a Remote Sales and Marketing Head.
Must be able to:
- Manage a growing team of Client Partners
- Design, implement, and manage accurate and consistent sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes
- Recruit and onboard new sales reps with a structured onboarding program
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years sales experience in Series A-C startups
- 2+ years sales leadership experience
- Experience building sales processes, playbooks and onboarding programs from the ground up
- Self-directed and detail oriented, with strong communication, problem solving, and creative thinking skills
- An experienced top performer with executive presence, strong negotiation skills and business acumen
- Intellectually curious, with a demonstrated commitment to continuous growth
