Job Summary
An education technology company is filling a position for a Remote Sales and Marketing Operations Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring sales and marketing professionals have the data and the tools they need
- Ensuring that sales and marketing activities can be tracking accurately
- Ensuring that sales and marketing related definitions and processes are properly documented
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BA/BS in Business or related professional program
- 5+ years of Sales and Marketing Operations experience
- 3+ years management level experience
- Direct experience with sales compensation design and annual sales planning
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
- Demonstrated excellence in conceptual thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
