Job Summary
A sales and marketing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Sales and Marketing Software Commercial Sales Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Interviewing and hiring a team of top performing Commercial Account Executives
- Mentoring and developing your team of Commercial Account Executives
- Consistently delivering against revenue and headcount targets
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience selling a SaaS solution
- Experience managing a team of top performing AEs
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas, both as an AE and a manager
- Experience hiring high performing sales professionals selling complex deals
- Proficiency in pipeline management and forecasting using Salesforce.com and/or Hubspot CRM
- Detailed knowledge of (and passion for) SaaS solutions and cloud applications
