Job Summary

A healthcare software company has a current position open for a Remote Sales and Marketing Sourcer in Austin.

Must be able to:

• Screen candidates to ensure efficient interview to hire ratio
• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc
• Develop, update job descriptions, and post to appropriate job boards

Required Skills:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• Solid experience of sourcing, interviewing, doing reference checks, etc
• Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Experience of hiring across a breadth of roles in the Sales & Marketing spaces
• Proven healthcare recruiting experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
