A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Sales and Marketing Sourcer in Salt Lake City.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Partnering with hiring managers and our Talent Team to understand hiring needs
• Identifying, engaging, and managing candidates that are a great fit
• Using data and tools to continuously improve our overall effectiveness

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years sourcing/recruiting experience
• 3+ years Sales and Marketing sourcing experience
• Consultative and interpersonal experience with communicating across all levels of the organization
• Experience in picking up roles spanning both Sales and Marketing as the needs of the organization shift
• Experience working with multiple organizations, prioritize based on the view of business needs
• Ability to rigorously prioritize, organize, and multitask
