Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Sales and Marketing Training Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing, developing, and delivering training and interventions
- Building and maintaining effective partnerships with internal clients
- Maintaining awareness of new developments in training and instructional design
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Classroom, virtual classroom, web based, webcasts, etc.
- Bachelor’s in related field and 2-5 years experience OR 6-10 years experience without a Bachelor's
- Experience in Articulate and Captivate authoring tools
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated knowledge of human behavior, adult learning program delivery, etc.
- Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively and keep issues confidential
