Job Summary

A manufacturer and provider of medical technologies company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Sales and Operations Planning Technology Team Lead.

Must be able to:

  • Lead a team of cross functional professionals in the S&OP space
  • Be accountable for partnering with the business and external parties
  • Be accountable for developing and designing solutions

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years’ experience in sales & operations planning processes, including at least 5 years within life sciences or healthcare
  • 5+ years’ experience in a leadership role for sales & operations planning related teams
  • Multiple years of demonstrated leadership of complex global implementations
  • Experience with SAP, JD Edwards and Logility helpful
  • Comfortable operating across a matrixed organization (IT and business) to deliver outcomes
