Job Summary
A real estate investment firm is seeking a Remote Sales and Real Estate Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Receiving candidate leads via our in-house sourcing team and from a strong flow of inbound candidate activity
- Connecting with those candidates to schedule phone screens
- Shepherding qualified candidates through our hiring process
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1 year of high-volume recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting OR 3 years of inside sales
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, Job Boards, Google Docs, Sheets, Meet, and Calendar
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage a recruiting pipeline
- Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills
