Remote Sales and Service Agent

Job Summary

Combining exceptional customer service with sales skills, the full-time Remote Sales and Service Agent will proactively identify member needs, recommend financial solutions, and build meaningful relationships in a fast-paced contact center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify member needs and recommend products and services using the AAA sales model (Assess, Advise, Assist)
• Build trust through clear and empathetic communication while creating positive member experiences
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain accountability for performance goals

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 6-12 months of experience in customer service, sales, retail sales, or call centers preferred
• Ability to work from home with a reliable high-speed internet connection
• Must have a distraction-free home office environment
• Willingness to complete job-related assessments during the selection process
