Job Summary
A multi-national workforce management software and services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Sales and Service Operations Support Representative.
Must be able to:
- Support existing customer relationships
- Respond to customer inquiries for quotes/orderstransactional business requiring no sales exec involvement
- Create and audit sales documents prior to order entry
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2-4 years post secondary education required or relevant work experience
- 3+ years working with customers in a sales or customer service environment
- Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
- A demonstrated ability to work with people in all levels of the organization to ensure cross-team functionality
- Must be organized and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced and demanding environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an ability to learn other software applications as required of the position
