Job Summary
A contact center is filling a position for a Remote Sales and Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service on behalf of our clients
- Helping with billing questions, changes or cancellation of services
- Answering inquiries on the status of an order, troubleshooting services etc
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of customer service experience
- A telephone (landline or cell) is required
- An approved headset and flash drive will be required
- Must be a people person who enjoys talking and assisting others
- Must be computer/Internet savvy, comfortable operating in several applications simultaneously
