Job Summary

A customer services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sales and Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide excellent Customer Service
• Perform more sales or technically focused service
• Work with close supervision and clearly defining procedures

Qualifications for this position include:

• High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience
• One year of sales experience required if you want to be considered for a Sales position
• We need you to have your own PC (less than six years old)
• Your monitor will need to be 17” – minimum (capable of 1024 x 768)
• A quiet, distraction-free, location in your home to work
• All other requirements necessary for this position
