A contact center has a current position open for a Remote Sales and Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring service delivered to our customers meets contractual KPI's
- Clarifying customer requirements
- Greeting customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
Position Requirements Include:
- Able to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
- Associate's Degree in related technical discipline
- Achieve and maintain recognized and applicable technical certification(s)
- Relevant technical expertise related to program
- Working knowledge of client technical systems
- Courteous with strong customer service orientation
