Job Summary

An online retailer of home goods, furniture, and decor is in need of a Remote Sales and Service Representative.

Must be able to:

• Grow both revenue and customer loyalty through managing customers, cultivating relationships, and closing sales
• Anticipate customer needs, prevent issues, and proactively problem-solve to keep customers coming back
• Help our customers furnish their homes with the pieces they love, at a great value

Qualifications Include:

• Being located within driving distance of Ogden or Layton, UT
• Semonstrated strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to think analytically while working in a fast-paced environment
• Demosntrated excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Passion for helping others
• Successful track record working in a high-volume environment
