A contact center needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Sales and Service Representative.

- Providing customer support and services to our brands
- Conducting calls that might involve billing questions, changes or cancellation of services
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of customer service experience
- One year of sales experience required if you want to be considered for a Sales position
- A quiet, distraction-free, location in your home to work
- A strong candidate will be computer/Internet savvy
- Must be a people person who enjoys talking and assisting others
