An outsourcing company has a current position open for a Remote Sales and Service Representative in Joplin.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Connecting with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Tracking all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months sales experience minimum
- Experience upselling/ increasing customer benefits
- Experience promoting brand awareness by offering additional products and service
- Experience interacting with new and existing customers
