Job Summary

A computer software developer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Sales and Solutions Consultant in New York City.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide consultative technical expertise supporting direct & partner global sales
  • Lead deep discovery & technical reviews to understand a prospects current & future state
  • Consult on technical architecture and best practices

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 2 years experience in a solutions consulting, sales engineering, or solution architect role
  • A firm understanding of telephony communication communications standards within PSTN
  • Knowledge of contact centre solutions such as Genesys, 5’s, Cisco, Avaya
  • Knowledge of integration methodologies and technologies such as REST APIs, SOAP
  • Experience developing proposals & building ROI models
  • High level understanding of industry compliance measures such as OFCOM, PCI
